1. What products do you sell?

MaulsWorld specializes in T-Shirt, die-cast collectibles, hobby items, model accessories, miniature vehicles and miniature figures.

2. Are your items new or pre-owned?

Most items are new unless otherwise stated in the product description. Any pre-owned or vintage items will be clearly identified.

3. How quickly do orders ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. However most of the t-shirts we offer are made to order and ship in 3-5 business day.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, at this time we do not ship outside of the USA.

5. How are collectible items packaged?

Collectibles and hobby products are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Extra care is taken with fragile and limited-edition items.

6. Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted on items for up to 30 days after the arrive to you.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us at maul@mymaulsworld.com

8. How do I know when new products are available?

9. Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes. When possible, multiple items purchased in the same order will be combined to reduce shipping costs.
