August 28, 2016. A while back I noted that the popular Road Signature die-cast line in 1:43 scale was being produced under the name Lucky Die-cast after being produced under the Yat Ming name for quite some time. In addition to changing the packaging, there are a few new colors of models and some models that have not been seen before. The line is great for collectors looking for an affordable die-cast vehicle as the price range is $7 to $8. At 1:43 scale it is a great size to compliment O Scale train layouts and dioramas. A couple models of note are the 1956 Porsche 356 B/C which comes in cream and red, and the 1996 Porsche 911 Turbo (993) which comes red and blue. Check them out when you get a chance.

A couple of new pieces were added to my Wiking selection this week featuring Mercedes Benz cars and truck. The Mercedes Benx 300 SL Roadster miniature comes in light blue, while the N Scale Mercedes Benz refrigerated truck features Mr Softy graphics.

On Saturday, October 29th, 2016. The Delaware Train Show will take place from 9:00am to 2:00pm at the Nur Shrine Center, Route. 13 / 198 South DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE. 19720. Admission is $5.00, children under the age of 12 are free, $10.00 Early Buyers 8:00am Admission.
It will feature over 150 tables of trains, accessories, slotcars, and some toys. The Delaware Train Show will have a diversity of trains in all Scales and makes, We have a variety of unique dealers coming from up and down the east coast, The show has grown bigger every year. Train show is Saturday only.
On Sunday, October, 30th, Octoberfest Toy Show the east coast largest toy show moves in. 175+ tables of new, collectible and antique toys. 10:00am to 4:00pm.
